I'm a bit confused. Some of your recipes are considered "moderate" low carb and some are labeled
"liberal" and yet the nutrition brake down is almost identical. So how do I figure out what's really what?2

I couldn't find the pointed cabbage; did use the green one and cut it exactly to this; followed the recipe to the letter and when I went to eat the cabbage, it was not cooked all the way through(YES, I did follow the instructions carefully) and it tasted disgusting. Maybe the cabbage was hard to begin with. Just know I had to throw it out.

Cold butter grated on cold cabbage just rolls off. I baked the cabbage for 15 minutes and melted the butter, pored on once the cabbage opened up and baked anther 15 minutes then added the cheese and baked another 15 minutes. This recipe cannot have kitchen tested.

Sorry to hear that, Kat! As ovens can vary, it may need to cook a bit longer in your oven.
